How do I contact your team with questions?

When does my membership renew?
Your monthly subscription will renew on the same date each month and is based on whatever date you first sign up for the Generous Kids Book Club. For example, if you sign up on February 5, 2024, your next charge will be on March 5, 2024. Prepaid 6-month and annual plans are billed once and do not automatically renew
When will my first book arrive?
Your book should arrive within a week after you place your first order, but please be patient if shipping delays occur! You'll receive your next books every 30 days after that
Why should I consider an annual plan?
By preordering for the entire year, you’ll ensure that you never miss out on a single story! Our prepaid 6 & 12-month plans are also perfect for gifting to a loved one, as they're billed once and don't automatically renew
How can I manage my subscription?
If you need to make any adjustments to your subscription, you can easily do so by logging into your customer portal at the top of this page.

Is it possible to gift a subscription?
Yes, we've made it easy to gift a 6 or 12-month Generous Kids Book Club plan.
To gift the Book Club to a friend, family member, colleague, or your grandkids, just make sure to select "Give As A Gift" at checkout, and include the recipient’s address, email address, and a special message. We'll take care of the rest.
What's included in the Book Club?
Every month, you'll receive a beautifully illustrated hardcover Generous Kids read-aloud book, along with stickers, a Character Collector’s Card, and access to the digital portal that includes an animated video and coloring pages.
How do I reactivate my cancelled Book Club membership?

We'll make sure your Book Club experience picks up right where you left off!
Are the books meant to be read individually or sequentially?
All of our Book Club members start on Book 1 of the Giving Adventure saga - Jasper G And The Me-Thinking Madness. From there, you'll receive books 2-12 of the Giving Adventure in order! Of course, you’re welcome to pick up any of our Generous Kids books and enjoy them independently.
